So I was flying high the last few days from all your sweet comments. I felt like a million bucks!
Then....I got up this morning.
And I felt fat. I got dressed and didn't like how I looked. Felt like everything made me look like a heffer.
I feel uncomfortable in my own skin today.
Ah the joys of being a woman...why do we do this to ourselves?

Yuk! I felt that way yesterday morning to! But today is a better day. I hope tomorrow u wake up with the realization of how fab u r once again! And when I get to goal I want to fly to out to my house so u can shop for my new wardrobe, I love ur style!!
Awww, we all definately have those days. Just try to get through today knowing that even though you don't feel fab today you very likely look AMAZING to everyone who looks at you!
First off, you aren't a heffer (I used to call myself that all the time!) and you look great. We, as women, tend to be emotional masochists. It's in our genetic makeup, sad to say!

I know you look beautiful today but the funny thing is I was just saying this to my friend Kathryn. Most days I feel great! I can see the changes. I love wearing cute clothes and jewelry. And then bam..I look awful, feel awful, nothing fits right, nothing is comfortable.
She said to me no matter what size you are, you will always have days like this! Simple thought but very true!
I agree that it is just part of being a woman. You look so amazing, though, and you are a particular role model to ME, because we are the same height, and I would be over the moon if I looked like you look when I get to the 210's! I am hopeful, because, truthfully, when I was in the 220's I felt hot! Now, if I had to try on size 12's, I probably would have felt fat :(

You are gorgeous. We as women are to hard on ourselves. Not only do you wear the cutest dresses...but remember the shoes...that should make you smile and hopefully feel better.
